    MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Sr Mechanical Engineer on behalf of our client in Vancouver.

    They are an established engineering firm known for their expertise in providing innovative and sustainable solutions across a wide range of sectors, including civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering.

    This individual will provide technical expertise on projects, act as a mentor to Junior Engineers, and work with others to increase the overall technical capability regarding projects.


    Serve as a Relationship Manager or Technical Specialist, ensuring timely completion of projects for clients.
    # Plan and review resource-intensive projects, setting operating standards for efficient project execution.
    # Maintain technical competence, mentor team members, and contribute to enhancing the overall technical capability within the service line.
    # Identify and submit projects for technical awards, collaborate to secure large multi-company projects.
    # Adhere to safety policies, stay updated on industry changes, and pursue necessary certifications, including the potential for a Federal security clearance.

    Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
    5+ years of relevant experience, including work with Commercial, Institutional, and Light Industrial buildings.
    Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
    Experience leading and mentoring Junior Engineers
