YOU LOVE TO:

Perform administration and system configuration of our various servers and tools;
Actively participate in the deployment of the company's IT projects in collaboration with our IT team;
Implement solutions to ensure the company's cybersecurity and data confidentiality;
Diagnose and resolve more complex network, software and hardware issues;
Document internal processes and internal knowledge base (KB) articles;
Provide inperson support to users during branch visits, answering their questions and solving their problems.

YOU HAVE:

DEP or AEC in IT support;
2 years' experience in IT;
Knowledge of the Office 365 suite and Windows 10 and 11 operating systems;
Knowledge of iPhone mobile devices;
Fluent in written and spoken French and English;
Autonomous, curious and proactive.
