- Daily balance produce inventory against documentation, purchase orders,
- Verify all receiving and shipping purchase orders are accurate to quantity
- Investigate and report discrepancies of over/under amounts, damaged
- Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommend process
- Coordinate with Logistics and Sales teams to investigate and minimize rejections.
- Enter data, update inventory levels in FAMOUS
- Occasionally print, email/mail invoices and purchase orders
- Other core expectations as defined by the company.
- High school diploma required, Post secondary diploma or degree in office
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in inventory management experience
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Strong computer skills required; proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel,
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
