Position requires
rotational shift work.

Shift Timings are - Weekdays: 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM and 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM and Weekends: Sat: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM and Sun: 01:00 PM 08:00 PM


Skills Required:

Should have an experience of 1-3 years in Customer Service:


  • Must be fluent to a professional level in French (reading, writing and speaking):
  • If the associate has worked on Service Now ticketing tool would be an advantage

Excellent Customer Service:


  • Should have the capability to do multitasking
  • Should have good team skills
  • Should be Proactive and ready to take initiatives

Good to Have Skills:


  • Very good troubleshooting knowledge for Microsoft products, Windows
  • Escalates unresolved problem/issues/requests to the proper tier 2 and 3 support team

Ready to be flexible with rotational shifts:

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required
