Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role.

Participate in small and mediumsized development projects
Analyze user's needs and define innovative solutions according to their business needs
Write and break down user stories based on needs
Develop and review functional specifications files and use cases as needed
Support the implementation team
Support the users during evaluation tests.

Here's what you need to have and master to get the job.

College diploma and/or university degree in technology
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst
Knowledge of objectoriented concepts and Services oriented architecture (SOA)
Knowledge of the Confluence software, an asset
Knowledge Team Foundation Server (TFS), an asset
Written and spoken bilingualism (French, English).
