This position plays an important role providing quality client services to our military members and their families. We promote and encourage military members to financial plan, not only for themselves but their families as well.
We believe that when members of the Canadian Armed Forces are able to take good care of themselves and their families, they can do better both at home and at work.
You will have the important role to greets clients and potential clients, ascertain the nature of business and determine their needs.
You will be liaising with clients, advisor and fund companies to facilitate trade requests.You will need to be a compassionate, empathetic and detail-oriented person who possess strong listening and oral communication skills to be successful in this role.
Patience, a passion for helping people and being a team player are also essential attributes.Each day you will make a difference in the lives of clients and will be contributing to improving the quality of life for our military.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses**College diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration or a related field AND some years of experience in office administration, banking or a related field
Experience
In providing administrative services in a financial planning, counselling and/or insurance environment
In office administration
In maintaining filing systems
In proofreading
In data entry, data manipulation, record-keeping and retrieval techniques
In drafting correspondence and reports
Competencies, Skills and Abilities
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

SISIP Financial provides a holistic approach to financial planning, investing, insurance and counselling services to the Canadian military community.- This is an onsite position.
