The Cowichan Primary Care Network is seeking a nurse practitioner to work with a team of practitioners and other health providers to collectively deliver care to patients at the Cowichan Central Duncan Attachment Clinic

Located within the heart of the Cowichan Valley, in central Duncan on Vancouver Island BC, this clinic acts as a hub for team-based care and attachment; and is substantially interconnected with existing primary care practices across the region. Focused on Indigenous community members, this position provides care both within the clinic and the community. In this Nurse Practitioner role, you will become part of a community of practice alongside other primary care providers who are focused on the health of Indigenous peoples throughout the Cowichan communities

In this service contract position the Nurse Practitioner will participate as a member of an inter-professional team that includes physicians, registered nurses, social workers and behavioral health consultants; supported by medical office assistants,
