Course Overview

The Continuing Education Department seeks an instructor to teach a course on residential real estate brokerage.
The objective of this course is to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to apply the legislation related to promises to purchase, lease or exchange of a residential property.
This involves identifying, analyzing and drafting compulsory and recommended forms. Students will also learn how to draft special clauses adapted to a given situation regarding promises to sell, lease or exchange a residential property. Required Skills : Thorough understanding of how to apply the legislation related to promise purchases; excellent communication skills in English;
Must have bachelor's degree in relevant field; licensed Lawyer or Notary in Quebec or licensed Real Estate Agent/Broker in Quebec,
or 6 years experience as Residential Real Estate Broker/Agent.
This course requires teaching experience within similar program. Benefits : This position offers competitive compensation package;
