The Opportunity

Venturis Capital is looking for a highly motivated and skilled
Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.

This is a
remote position based in
Vancouver, BC.

Key Objectives

Manage the endtoend recruitment process for a substantial and diverse portfolio of open roles across North America and achieve hiring goals and recruitment metrics
Operate as a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, moving talent objectives forward
Partner with hiring managers across the business to gain a thorough understanding of hiring needs and advise on recruitment best practices

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist your key responsibilities will include:

Develop relationships with hiring managers and conduct recruitment intake meetings
Draft written documentation using established templates, including job postings and employment agreements
Follow internal recruitment processes and procedures while also demonstrating authenticity in your approach and the use of innovative strategies to achieve recruitment goals
Maintain accurate documentation across internal recruiting tools and systems
Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team and Human Resources team as needed, fostering a positive team dynamic
Participate in the execution of varied Talent Acquisition projects, programs, and initiatives as needed
Act as an ambassador for the Venturis group of companies and successfully propel our employer brand
Continuously learn, refine skills, and develop your understanding of recruiting best practices, techniques, and strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

At least three to four years of proven fullcycle recruitment experience is required
Postsecondary education in a related field strongly preferred, such as Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent
Ability to work efficiently in a highvolume, fastpaced, and dynamic work environment is required
Established sourcing skills, including a high degree of proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
Prior experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment systems and platforms
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Demonstrated competency in planning and setting priorities, effectively managing time and competing tasks accordingly
Established relationshipbuilding skills and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen, information seeking skills, and creative problemsolving skills
Highly adaptable, resourceful, and motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively independently and as a member of a collaborative team
A genuine passion for Talent Acquisition and continuous improvement

The annual base salary range for this role is: $70,000 to $90,000 depending on experience, plus bonuses._
