Description
A minimum of two years of work experience as a Dental Receptionist is required. We are a paperless office, so you must be comfortable with technology and knowledge of Tracker is an asset.The position is for Tuesday - Friday and 3 Saturdays a month. This includes 2 weekdays until 7pm.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome patients
- Manage the daily schedule, incl. scheduling appointments, confirming, and optimizing the schedule
- Collect payments at time of treatment (nonassignment office)
- Process insurance claims and predeterminations and communicate with insurance providers as needed
- Maintain a professional reception area
- Other administrative duties
Salary:
$25.00-$28.00 per hour
