Create and Manage AI System for Stock/Forex/Crypto Predictions

Job summary
We want to create an AI engine that specializes in analyzing stocks, crypto, and forex for potential investment opportunities. The AI engine would then be made available to the public for use.The job involves building and managing the AI engine itself, which will require creating a scoring system for stocks based on historical data and statistical models. The AI needs to be able to explain the reason for each stock's score in fine detail.
The hours will vary based on our budgeting limitations as well as the needs of the project.
But after that gets built, it will still need to be maintained by you on an ongoing basis with tweaks and improvements.
