Description

We are currently seeking an
Inventory Management Clerk person to join the team in our
Richmond Hill location.

The Inventory Management Clerk will provide support to the Maintenance department to ensure that the inventory area is clean, organized and well managed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and organizing the inventory area.
Retrieve parts from inventory area as requested.
Monitoring inventory levels to ensure replacements are ordered in a timely matter before they run out.
Cutting and preparing inventory labels.
Managing inventory spreadsheets in excel.
Some light lifting
Other duties as required

Requirements:

Prior experience working with inventory systems.
Strong organizational skills.
Light/General mechanical skills are an asset.
Sound computer skills and general knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e Word, Outlook, Excel) and the ability to learn new software
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Sound problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks within a fast paced environment.
Ability to meet deadlines and work with mínimal supervision.
