CEC seeks an experienced and skilled Retaining Wall Foreman to join our team. As a Retaining Wall Foreman, you will oversee the construction and installation of retaining walls on various projects. This leadership position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a crew of retaining wall installers, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and project plans to determine the scope of work and required materials.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Plan and schedule work activities, including labour, equipment, and material requirements
• Conduct onsite inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and daily job site activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in retaining wall construction, with at least three years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of various retaining wall systems, materials, and installation methods
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and project plans
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to construction
• Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, CSTS, First Aid
