We are looking for a
Junior
Parts Advisor / Driver to join our growing team We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients who choose to order parts and service their vehicles at our dealership.

Your Day-to-Day:


  • Contribute to managing inventory and ordering parts in a fastpaced environment
  • Establish rapport with wholesale and retail customers in person and on the phone
  • Clarify customer needs that help to locate the required parts or service and suggest any related parts or service in which customers might be interested
  • Track inventory, reorder inventory, and specialorder inventory as needed
  • Assist the Parts Manager in resolving discrepancies between the computer inventory and the parts available in the dealership
  • Work closely with technicians in the service shop
  • Obtain the information needed to place special orders and ensure that the correct parts are sourced. Multitasking and accuracy are critical
  • Research the availability of certain parts, either within the dealership or from other sources as necessary
  • Become an integral part of a cohesive team environment that strives to create the best possible experience for our Parts, Service and Sales customers
  • Pick up vehicles and relocate at other dealers
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicle
  • Transport vehicles irrespective of weather, traffic, and road conditions
  • Transport vehicles in a timely manner

You will need:


  • A positive attitude is number one
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in an automotive dealership and/or Parts Department
  • Completion of a related postsecondary program and or training courses is considered an asset
  • Experience with CDK is considered an asset
  • A detailed understanding of Parts and Service operations and inventory management
  • A welldefined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail oriented, selfmotivated and resourceful
  • Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have a safe driving history
