Junction Pet Clinic is a brand-new veterinary hospital in the welcoming and exciting Junction neighbourhood of Toronto We are looking for a full-time veterinary receptionist to join out team in January 2023.

The clinic will start with one veterinarian and experienced, helpful staff with a love for animals and a common goal of excellent service.

We are excited to build a team of passionate, dedicated people that will feel like family

The primary role of receptionist will be to interact with clients/patients with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

We will be open Monday to Friday.

Duties may include:
Scheduling appointments in a way that helps to best manage the veterinarian and technician's time

Managing payments and end of day reports

Keeping the front office area and exam rooms clean and stocked

Discussing products and services with clients and keeping up to date on the knowledge of these products/services to best educate the client

Qualifications:
Reception or veterinary assistant experience is preferred

A friendly, upbeat attitude, a love and respect for animals, and ability to work with a team

Experience in fear free techniques and ezyVet software is an asset but not required.

A willingness to learn and enjoy your work is the main goal

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:

We will be asking all clients to mask upon entry to the animal hospital and offering curb-side/drop off appointments if this is preferred by the client.

Ability to commute/relocate:
