Description
Champ's Mushrooms is Western Canada's largest mushroom distributor located in the Fraser Valley of southwestern British Columbia.

As a prominent leader in the mushroom marketing genre, Champ's Mushrooms consistently provides leading concepts in distribution & quality control for the mushroom industry.

We are now seeking for Warehouse Workers - Order Pickers and Unloaders to join our team at Champs.


Shift available:
Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Building order from packing slips.
  • Pick and Pack orders.
  • Move skids with a pallet jack. (Training will be provided)
  • Wrapping skids
  • Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment.

COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills, Ability)

  • Effectively collaborates with others to achieve area and team goals. Communicates information with fellow team members, supervisors.
  • Time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks within a fastpaced environment.
  • Participate in required meetings, safety discussions, and committees providing input and recommendations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent English (verbal and written communication skills) with the ability to follow and give clear instructions.
  • Experienced operating hand pallet jack.
  • Highly detailoriented.
  • Able to lift 25 kg
  • Capability to work independently without constant supervision.
