Acting at the intersection of demand generation, design, development, and customer experience, you are responsible for creating website content that meets our inbound marketing goals while also ensuring a customer experience that aligns with our brand values.
You'll work closely with the growth and marketing teams to turn ideas into compelling content. Our SEO experts, designers, developers, and copywriters can help turn your vision into a reality.You'll manage each project from collecting all of the stakeholder inputs to content, wireframing and site architecting, testing and iterating based on user data to ensure we meet our stakeholder goals.
Key responsibilities
- Work with leadership, development, and creative teams to document and build an expression of the company through our website
- Convey our hardware and services as complete solutions that solve customer pains
- Build, test, and iterate content based on user data
- Manage website to ensure content is accessible and performance is optimal for mobile and desktop
- Follow brand guidelines and hierarchy to guide customers in their digital experience
- Use reporting and metrics to inform product, sales, and marketing teams about opportunities or deadends
- Care about your colleagues and help build a vibrant, fun, empathetic culture
Experience and qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a role such as UX Designer, Customer Experience Manager, Head of Digital, or Product Manager
- Postsecondary degree in a relevant field
- Exceptional listening skills You are a sponge for information and a great communicator
- Experience working with an Agile methodology
- Understanding of website best practices for performance and accessibility
- Working knowledge of frontend web development processes and technology
- Deep understanding of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, Hotjar, Wynter etc.
- Portfolio, or list of active projects that demonstrate your capabilities
- Exceptional English language verbal and written communication skills
