Role Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Create and update records including filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
  • File revisions.
  • Answering customer requests.
  • Perform general tasks assigned by executive assistants and management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all confidential information.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 35 years of experience working as Administrative Assistant.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates Degree Preferred.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and perform job duties with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented.
  • Works well in a team.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Organization skills: ability to multitask, meet deadlines and manages a high volume of customer inquiries.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Sound computer proficiency and strength with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Pay:
$22.00-$30.00 per hour
