Role Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Create and update records including filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- File revisions.
- Answering customer requests.
- Perform general tasks assigned by executive assistants and management.
- Maintain confidentiality of all confidential information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 35 years of experience working as Administrative Assistant.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associates Degree Preferred.
- Must be able to follow instructions and perform job duties with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented.
- Works well in a team.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Organization skills: ability to multitask, meet deadlines and manages a high volume of customer inquiries.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Sound computer proficiency and strength with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Pay:
$22.00-$30.00 per hour
