We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Transformation team in our Toronto office


As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly, which includes the schedule, budget and details of a given task.

It also includes managing smaller projects according to the project management framework.

Your day as a Project Coordinator

  • Support multiple projects by managing daytoday activities for the Project Management team
  • Organize reporting, coordinate meetings and provide updates to the Project Manager
  • Record, communicate and follow up on action items, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
  • Ensure documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
  • Manage project budgets and ensure invoices are paid on time
  • Assist in enhancing/creating PMO processes
  • Manage and build relationships with multiple teams across business and technology
  • Assist the project team with administrative functions and processes
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 23 years of previous experience or knowledge in project management
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies
  • Good presentation skills
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
