Job summary
The Production Technician (Laboratory) will perform laboratory testing safely and accurately,colligate test results, and maintain laboratory equipment and chemical supplies. They will provide operational assistance to the Production Department.
Skill/Experience Requirements
- A certificate, diploma, or a Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, or Food Science with a minimum of 2 years in laboratory/chemical technology from an accredited post secondary institution.
- Knowledge of AOCS procedures,HACCP,Food Safetyand other regulatory requirements of Canada and the U.S.
