About the role**We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Civils/Infrastructure Consultant. If you're eager to leverage your skills, thrive in a dynamic environment, and contribute to both Rail Certification and Consulting initiatives, this role is tailor-made for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Produce highquality analysis, assessments, reports, and designs to support client projects within specified timeframes and budgets.
  • Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, ensuring adherence to company procedures and standards.
  • Develop innovative tools and techniques, drawing from global best practices to meet client needs.
  • Plan and execute project activities, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent Ricardo in client meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Assume leadership roles as needed to support business objectives.
  • Contribute to the growth of our North American business through excellence in client service.

Key Competencies and Experience

  • Highly experienced in the rail industry and proven track record working in railway civils and/or infrastructure.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities, with a knack for meeting deadlines.

Desirable experience

  • Proficiency in CMREA / CSM / CENELEC standards.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian Railway System, including CMREA, is advantageous.
