Our Reservations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day workload of our Reservations Team. If you have a can-do attitude and believe in fostering a supportive and fun work environment then you are the right person for us

What Will you Be Doing:


  • Respond to reservation inquiries
  • Ensure smooth daily running of the reservations department
  • Resolve guests' problems and complaints
  • Assist in the recruitment, training & development and motivation of the reservations team
  • Administrative duties; creating and upkeeping training manuals and resources.
