    Heavy Production Workers

    Pay Rate: $18.00/hour | Mississauga, ON

    My Client in the leading packaging industry is seeking heavy production workers to join their team

    Job Description:

    Feeder: - 50%


    • Feeder has the responsibility that the glue machinery is continually being fed with proper carton.


    • Feeder takes stacks of cartons from loaded pallet and places them into feeder of the gluer machine/press.


    • Carton is being fed to feed only quality cartons.


    • Feeder is to observe for machine malfunctions and notify Adjuster of any machine stops or quality issues.

    Catcher - 50%


    • Catcher removes the finished folded cartons from the press and packs into cases.


    • Catcher responsible that only quality products are packed and performs quality checks on the cartons according to SOP's.


    • Catcher applies correct case labels to corrugated cases.

    Top Must Haves:

    6 month+ Manufacturing or Warehouse packing experience

    able to lift up to 50lbs - repetitive motion

    mechanical aptitude: able to troubleshoot small fixes

    Loud Machine Environment

    Very Clean

    Very Spacious

    300,00 sq ft facility

    Shift:

    Days 7 AM - 3 PM

    Afternoons 3 PM - 11 PM
