    This strategic leader will drive operational excellence, ensure sustainable business growth, and maintain high client satisfaction and employee engagement.


    What You'll Do
    *Be the Face of TELUS Health:

    Represent our Pension Plan Administration team to current clients and during exciting submissions *Drive Innovation:
    Contribute to the growth and evolution of our department, always staying ahead of industry practices to bring fresh ideas *Lead by Example:
    Act as a senior service manager for client accounts, providing top-tier service and support *Mentor and Guide:
    Supervise and inspire team resources to achieve exceptional results *Project Excellence:
    Support the team in executing a variety of mandates and projects, ensuring successful outcomes *Finance Mastery:
    Develop and manage budgets for your mandates, ensuring compliance and efficiency *Client Satisfaction:
    Elevate client satisfaction by truly understanding their needs and offering innovative solutions *Process Improvement:
    Identify and propose enhancements to our processes for better performance *Business Growth:
    Foster new business relationships, secure agreements with existing clients, and explore new markets with potential clients*What You Bring***
    *Experience:**** Over 12 years of relevant experience backing your expertise*

    Educational Background:
    * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Administration, Actuarial Science, or another relevant field*

    Organizational Ace:

    * Sharpened analytical skills to tackle and resolve challenges*
