As a Service Coordinator, you will work with clients to provide quality service and to ensure clients get the services they need.

You will also need to build strong relationships with our partners and service providers to ensure clients receive the best care possible.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with customer requirements for service and/or in shop service
  • Monitor and address the In-Shop inbox
  • Completing inshop service requests:
  • This can include but not limited to:
  • Organize and prioritize in shop work orders
  • Maintain key requests
  • Obtaining required information for ordering required parts
  • Standard key cutting asset but not required training provided
  • In shop rekeying / pinning asset but not required training provided
  • Reviewing Ottawa inbox for tech notes acquire parts required either from stock room or by ordering from supplier (submit to Ottawa admin for ordering)
  • Booking appointments for customers for pickups/drop offs
  • Process product received match packing slips with PO's, verify, receive in system, and submit
  • Shipping of product and/or keys to customers as required
  • Inventory support assist with maintaining required inventory levels by submitting purchase requirements
  • Maintain 'Medeco' pin kit for both stock and road technicians
  • Provide field technicians with information about orders and requirements.
  • Dispatch service calls in a timely manner and according to predetermined schedules and work orders or as required due to emergency situations.
  • Utilize and dispatch subcontractors when required
  • Coordinate the completion of scheduled and unscheduled service and maintenance work through field technicians and subcontractors to meet service quality and responsiveness targets.
  • Maintain realtime visibility to technician resources and service branch administration by leveraging and updating the work order & dispatching system.
  • Schedule annual inspections, preventative maintenance, recurring jobs, and projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Valid G driver's license is mandatory
  • Experience in delivering highquality customer service to a broad range of customer
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Selfmotivated and calm under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Intermediate computer skills required
  • Works well independently, takes direction well
  • The ability to lift in excess of 25 Kilos
  • Must be willing to undertake a criminal background check on an annual basis
  • Punctual and reliable
