As a Customer Development Specalist you would be responsible for:


  • Learning and maintaing the knowledge around our programs and services that we offer
  • Reaching out to potential customers and following up on various leads the our office recieves
  • Conversating with each lead or current customer on what we would recommend to improve their landscapes current condition
  • Keeping track of accounts and providing the appropriate follow up when required
  • Working with our marketing team and the remainder of the office to ensure we focus our best efforts towards the platforms receveing the most amount of quality leads
  • Partaking in various open discussions regarding improving lead generation
  • Making daily decisions while utilizing our 5 core values: Collaboration, Curisoity, Commitment, Transparency, and Consistency.

Qualifications and Requirements
Social, positive, energetic, personable, and self-managed

Organized with ambition to work well in fast paced envrionments, and the patience to reflect and evolve processess in a slower paced environment

Eager to learn and able to work with others

Communicating with technicians and the rest of the office team to ensure a strong customer experience

Ability to hear and understand various conditions that customers may be describing and assist them in the right direction towards better results

$19.00-$27.00 per hour
