AWM has recently enjoyed a very rapid level of growth over the past few years and has evolved from being a dominant neighbourhood Real Estate firm in Greater Vancouver to becoming one of the most active firms in Canada.
AWM's Head Office (Vancouver) is looking for an outgoing Receptionist position to join and grow with our dynamic admin team.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones
- Client services
- Photocopy/data entry
- Other administration duties
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a large volume, fastpaced environment
- Has a "do what it takes" attitude to meet tight deadlines and be a contributing member in a team environment
- Proven efficiency in Excel and word
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build an administration career with a growing organization.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
