QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE
Description

Required Qualifications

Active member of the Canadian College of Health Information Management at the Certificate level
Two years of recent and relevant experience in health information management including coding and abstracting
Effective organizational and project management skills
Effective interpersonal and problem solving skills
Effective communication (oral, written, and group facilitation) skills
Ability to work in a group setting and as part of a team
Understanding and modelling of accurate referencing and copyright processes in all student interactions (handouts, manuals, power points, design and marking of assignments, etc.)
Preference will be given to current Saskatchewan Polytechnic faculty
Demonstrates valuing diversity
