Job Title:
Sales Associate


Responsibilities:

• Deliver a superior and consistent customer experience
• Handle all issues and concerns you're the experience that our customers need
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Work in a fastpaced environment that requires a high degree of multitasking
• As well as, looking after the organization of the showroom.

Our ideal Sales Associates:

• Knowledge of Truck Acccessories and custom modifications. This includes truck caps and lids, tonneau covers, running boards, hitches, hood deflectors, vent visors, rims, and tires, etc. As well as, looking after the organization of the showroom.
• Enjoys solving customer problems they take accountability for customer issues
• Have a knack for building rapport they genuinely care about our customers' needs.
• Ensure our customers are satisfied.
• Take pride in their work environment and wants to see the team succeed.
• Acts as brand ambassadors, educators, problem solvers, and so much more

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Sales Associate/ Customer Service an asset.
• Computer skills are a must.
• Organizational skills ability to multitask and follow established procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
• A team player attitude, with integrity, positive energy, work ethic, and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of Trucks and Truck Accessories is an asset.
• Backyard mechanic an asset.
• Ability to support ongoing or new installations.
• Ability to carry and organize large boxes (over 50lbs).

Compensation:

• Hourly wage will be based on experience.

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
