Responsibilities include:


  • Communicate with debtors who have late payments and overdue accounts;
  • Negotiate terms of payment for overdue accounts ;
  • Analyze accounts of debtors to offer the best solutions to regulate their accounts;
  • Achieve weekly goals;

Required qualifications:


  • High school diploma
  • One to Two years experience in a similar position (an asset)
  • One to Two years experience in 3rd party collections (an asset)
  • Knowledge of CUBS plateform (an asset)
  • Bilingualism ; French and English (professionnal working proficiency)
