Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
- posting receivables and payables

  • Working with bailiffs and vendors for scheduling
  • Assisting in the processing of bailiff files
  • Answer incoming calls and questions for potential clients
  • Filing, mailing and faxing
  • General office responsibilities

Background and Skills:

  • Strong Computer skills including significant experience with
Microsoft Outlook and Office.

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative position
  • Possess strong communication skills (verbal and written English)
  • Exposure to basic accounting/bookkeeping skillsexperience with Simply Accounting would be an asset.
  • Able to set priorities and meet deadlines on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Salary:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour
