Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- posting receivables and payables
- Working with bailiffs and vendors for scheduling
- Assisting in the processing of bailiff files
- Answer incoming calls and questions for potential clients
- Filing, mailing and faxing
- General office responsibilities
Background and Skills:
- Strong Computer skills including significant experience with
- Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative position
- Possess strong communication skills (verbal and written English)
- Exposure to basic accounting/bookkeeping skillsexperience with Simply Accounting would be an asset.
- Able to set priorities and meet deadlines on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Salary:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour
