Description
PGi is looking for a Support Specialist to join our team.The Support Specialist will work directly with our clients to assist them in processing pay, answering questions and resolving challenges.
Responsibilities
- Manage biweekly/semimonthly/monthly payroll processes; prepare payroll submissions for premium service clients, and thoroughly review and reconcile changes for these payrolls.
- Provide consistent quality of customer service and support on PGi's products and services with the ability to think outside the box.
- Develop strong working relationships with client base, instilling a level of trust and confidence in our clients and their perception of our service team.
- Improve the knowledge base and training materials to help users.
- Accurately perform all changes or additions to Company set up with complete follow up to clients, including clear and concise instructions.
- Learn, understand, maintain and contribute to internal support processes. Proactively seek ways to provide a better service experience for clients, recommending enhancements to products and support processes.
- US payroll is a plus
- Payroll Designation (PCP/CPM) required
- Determination to learn and develop continually as the business grows
- Strong organizational and planning skills, must be able to multifunction, handling highpriority issued, and communicating internally in a timely manner
- Selfstarter, ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Takes initiative, is a decisive decisionmaker and show confidence in decisions made
- Prioritize workload while maintaining an effective balance between client inquiries, projects and client followup.
- Superior communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills in the English language
- Written and verbal skills in the French language is a plus
