As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operations in our outlet, Mosaic to Go.

What will I be doing?
You will deliver a high-quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks:

Maintain the Mosaic to Go food and beverage outlet during designated periods
Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
Keep your service area clean, tidy, and wellprepared
Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts
Clean the equipment, restock food and beverage items and clean areas on an asneeded basis
Assist with any lobby food and beverage offerings
Answer Guest queries in a polite and helpful manner
Demonstrate knowledge of all hotel services
Follow company brand standards
Assist other departments, as necessary
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
