    Qualifications

    • Post-secondary diploma/degree or equivalent work experience
    • 1+ years of experience in Asset Management and/or Office Admin responsibilities that might include procurement, service desk, inventory management, shipping/receiving. IT experience an asset but not required.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage asset management procedures, including asset tagging hardware and inventory controls.
    • Fulfil requests within ticketing system.
    • Coordinating the return of hardware assets for departures
    • Assist in processing purchase orders for invoices and reviewing for accuracy & submitting for payment
    • Very organized, able to manage priorities as they come up.
    • Detail-oriented and able to communicate cross teams effectively.
    • Team player, being able to work with local and remote teams to complete assignments and tasks.
    • Escalates issues as appropriate.
    • Monitors activities related to timely delivery of returned equipment.
    • Discuss invoices with vendors and internal customers and other stakeholders.
