Description
We are looking for an experienced accounts payable and receivable professional for an after-market vehicle electronics trading and installation organization in Winnipeg.
The person will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation data entry and other bookkeeping duties as required.
In addition, this role requires managing the full cycle of online orders, including communicating with customers, ordering inventory, and fulfilling orders in a timely manner.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pmMonitoring and following up on accounts receivable balances.
Responsibility for accounts payables and receivables duties.
Place and receive online orders.
Using Shopify to monitor online orders and updating customers with delivery dates.
Maintaining and adjusting prices and description for online products on the company's website.
You are proficient in the use of MS Excel and QuickBooks.
You have at least one year certificate from college or technical school.
You have at least one year related training and experience as a bookkeeper for accounts receivables and payables.
You are familiar with the use of Shopify for online merchandising.
You are fluent in English.
