Job Description/Duties:
Evergreen Homes and construction is hiring full time (40 hrs/week), permanent construction labourers (Noc 75110)
Load, unload and transport construction materials
Assist and follow instructions to qualified journeyman electrician on how to layout, assemble, install, test and repair electrical wiring.
Assist and learn to qualified journeyman electrician what type of wiring is needed for different jobs and the best way to install that wiring.
Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
Assist and learn to qualified journeyman electrician the basic understanding of how electric fixtures work.
Perform routine maintenance work
Clean up chemical spills and other hazardous materials
Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Perform miscellaneous labouring activities to help journeyman electricians, apprentices and other workers as directed
