Key Responsibilities:
- IT Support:_
Diagnose and Repair:
Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
Hardware Installation:
Install and configure new computer hardware, including hard drives, RAM, and peripherals.
Software Installation and Configuration:
Install and configure software, operating systems, and drivers.
- Digital Marketing Contributions:_
Digital Content Assistance:
Help create and maintain digital content, such as updating website information or creating simple graphics.
Social Media Support:
Assist in managing the company's social media profiles, especially in IT-related posts or updates.
Digital Marketing Insights:
Provide insights on IT trends and customer behavior that can influence digital marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Familiarity with common software and hardware troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and detailoriented approach.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or coursework in digital marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and content creation tools.
- Experience in a customer service environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Primarily officebased, with some requirement to visit various locations within the company for IT support.
- Occasional lifting of IT equipment and peripherals.

Salary:
$15.30-$27.80 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
