As the Move Manager Supervisor you area a critical part of the success to our clients having a successful moving experience.

Being the key liaison with the client while managing your team, you will be responsible to for processing quotations, accurately entering any new data into the company's move management system, obtaining and completing Insurance Proposal forms and assisting the client with the successful completion and handling over of any claims documents.

Working closely with the Sales and Operations team, your calm, effective communication will give confidence to our clients prior to the move and then during the removal process.


Duties of the Move Management Supervisor:

  • Responsible for all elevated customer service issues
  • Responsible for all quality process improvements
  • Handle all VIP moves
  • Handle all Lewis SIRVA Long Distance and Cross Border Moves.
  • Improve the customer service experience by training, monitoring and developing staff
  • Document improvements and update TR Manuals
  • Set up Moveware and paper files for local, long distance and cross border relocations as required
  • Handle incoming sales calls and book sales appointments for the sales team
  • Create all required work orders as required
  • Create D of R's as required
  • Move coordinate on Sales Team files as required
  • Assist in the collection of deposits via credit card processing and preauthorization of all moves
  • Handle all delivery out of storage and storage access related files, including correct set up in Moveware, collections, and all paperwork as required.
  • Notify customer 2448 hours prior to crews' arrival as required.
  • Create PO's if not done
  • Handle all claims and customer services issues
  • Document and create flowcharts for all the procedures in all move coordinating departments.
  • Oversee and streamline processes in Export and Import departments
  • Be on call to assist International department Staff as required
