The position follows a 4x4 schedule rotation of day and night shifts.

This person would demonstrate strong technical skills and professional integrity as they work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Lead and empower individuals in achieving operating targets and expectations, while maximizing employee performance through coaching and feedback
Supervise all aspects of the coal processing plant to meet safety, quality and production targets
Coordinate and prioritize the activities interconnected with process operations teams to meet efficiency, quality, and safe production targets
Experience within a processing plant facility
Possess a technical and operational background in water, tailings, and stockpile management, such as pumping requirements and critical asset inspections
Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite:
Excel, Word, Outlook
Minimum two years experience within the mining or similar industry is an asset
