- Initiate internal project launch after contract award aligned with internal Account Manager and Estimating Department
- Create project timeline supported by cross-functional Team
- Lead regular customer meetings to discuss project status, open issues and new business
- Track key measures, engineering change requests, engineering change notices, customer purchase orders
- Achieve project timeline readiness, sample submissions, installation, customer buyoff within budget
- Five (5) years project management experience in custom build 'metal joining' automation equipment
- Mechanical Engineering degree or diploma, or equivalent trade experience
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent management skills
- Well organized, proven ability to work under tight time constraints
- Ability to travel if required
- Windows based computer skills required
