Job summary

The Office Coordinator will work to provide an exceptional experience to all guests that visit our space as well as work collaboratively with other team members to improve the overall efficiency of the firm.
We are looking for someone who can create an inviting and comfortable space for all guests, assist them by answering questions and directing inquiries, maintain meeting rooms and prepare them for our guests,
Maintain and clean the lounge area, complete advance preparations needed for all meetings,
Bring a positive and uplifting energy to our client experience with an innate willingness to help, support and care.
