Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide graphic design for custom logo and bag/packaging mockup
  • Manage regular reporting and tracking, and report metrics appropriately
  • Answer customer calls and enquire, process clients orders
  • Create feature specification documents to improve the website and other online projects.
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing or Google Ads is a big plus
  • Work as a team player as required and be willing to as a management assistant for multiple jobs

Required Skills:


  • Graphic Design Experience for packaging bag/box is a big plus
  • Experience working in online marketing experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent understanding of social media interaction is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a timely fashion
  • Able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment to meet aggressive deadlines qualification
  • Chinese Language is a plus
