Assistant Manager (ASCM)
**Location: Nanaimo & Parksville


Are you a gearhead with a passion for cars and exceptional leadership skills? Look no further Great Canadian Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our auto service center.

Team Leadership: Motivate and guide our skilled technicians and customer service staff.

Customer Satisfaction: Deliver top-notch service that keeps our clients coming back.

Inventory Management: Oversee parts inventory, ordering, and restocking.

Quality Control: Ensure repairs meet high standards and safety regulations.

Sales Support: Assist in promoting services and upselling to customers.


Qualifications:

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with auto repair processes and parts.

Customer-Centric Attitude: Passion for providing excellent service.

Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking.


Weekly Hours Worked:
Full Time Role 40 to 45 Hours Weekly


Bonus program:
Monthly manager bonus program based on performance.


Experience Required:
Minimum 2 Year Shop Experience & Leadership Experience
