SUMMARY


As a Client Services Representative, you will work directly with our clients, sales representatives, and design team to collect information and ensure our client's products and services meet expectations.

You will also be responsible for creating layout guides, proofing designs prior to print, answering phones, and other customer service related tasks as needed.

The Client Services Representative will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive and upbeat attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment.


This is an entry level role that will jumpstart your career in Client Services.

AS A CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL MAKE YOUR IMPACT BY:


  • Communicating: Interact with clients, sales representatives, and internal departments on print marketing campaigns, to ensure that artwork submissions are completed by deadlines and to the highest quality

Advising: Lead as a Subject Matter Expert on DRMG products and services to advise clients on the best strategy to achieve their outcomes -
WE PRACTICE FEROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE:


  • Organizing:Manage the workflow of advertising materials with design staff, sales representatives, and output team for all publications.

Prioritizing: Maintain accurate records in internal databases and folders while focusing on metrics and quantifiable outcomes.

Learning: Engage in being a part of a continuous learning environment that focuses on career growth and development through our internal learning platform, DRMG University -
OUR TEAM IS THE HEART OF EVERYTHING:

  • Assisting with special projects when requested.

YOU CAN EXCEL AS A CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE IF YOU HAVE:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Client Services role, preferably in a Marketing, Sales, or Advertising environment
  • A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong detailoriented and organizational skills in prioritizing work, multitasking, and consistently meeting deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • A proven track record of being a selfstarter with the ability to work in a collaborative teambased environment
  • The ability to be tactful and diplomatic with clients
  • A positive and upbeat attitude and are looking for an opportunity to join a fun and fastpaced working environment
