Description
What you will do:
- Provide excellent customer support by answering their questions, providing useful information as needed;
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives according to established protocols;
- Follow up on files to ensure excellent customer service;
- Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Any other related duties.
What you need:
- High school diploma or other relevant education (desired);
- Strong communication skills written and spoken;
- Customer focus;
- Bilingual, French and English, because you will speak with customers across Canada.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
