Description
The CSR is responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Ensure Private lounge is properly tended for all aircraft Arrivals/ Departures
  • Replenish any missing amenities accordingly from lounge
  • Assist Clients with any of their requests
  • Maintain aircraft orderliness as well as commissary room to the highest standards
  • Ensure items to be placed on board aircraft are in accordance with clients requests
  • Reconcile relevant credit card charges related to purchase of aircraft supplies
  • Order stationary and office supplies
  • Provide clerical support as required.
The CSR will be expected adjust his/her shift to cover aircraft arrivals & departures

The following are the requirements for this position:

  • Hospitality industry experience is highly desirable
  • Aviation industry experience is highly desirable
  • Good computer skills (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Understanding of various aviation flight planning platforms highly desirable
  • Exceptional communications skills (both verbal and written)
  • Impeccable attention to detail.

$23.00-$25.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
