    Superior Forklift is looking for a Branch Administrator to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan.

    You will be responsible for greeting and directing all phone and foot traffic to the appropriate departments as well as completing work orders and other administrative duties.


    Branch reception:
    answering phone calls, collecting pertinent information, and transferring calls as needed
    Coordinating shipments, interoffice mail, and minor shipping and receiving items for the branch
    Collecting post office mail and distributing as needed
    Ordering and tracking all office supply orders, marketing items, and vendor servicing of the branch
    Entering and managing information for payroll and CRM systems
    Safety administration and document filing
    Arranging quotes for facilities and gathering approvals
    Coordinating branch board room for interviews and training activities
    Arranging meals for training luncheons
    Assisting others in the branch with submitting expense claims
    Degree or diploma in a related field preferred
    Superior skills with Microsoft products and MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and SILK
    Multi-lingual a valuable asset
