    • Act as a role model to employees, supporting selling behaviors and task execution
    • Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs
    • Collaborate effectively with the store leadership team to ensure timely completion of work tasks
    • Support the sales leader during non-peak hours with a primary focus on customer interaction
    • Ensure compliance standards are met while delivering a frictionless customer experience
