Essential Job Functions

Maintain, organiz e, and file Process Instructions
Maintain master Process Instructions consisting of gathering the necessary signatures and sending to the customer for approval
Issue COA's within one (1) day of request; gather information, type & have COA approved
Maintain Change Control Documentation; attend change control meetings, update old change control lo & file hard copies in office.
Audit compliant at all times
Maintain files in 'M' Drive
Care for office equipment including but not limited to change cartridges, call repairman, clean when necessary
Order office materials

Qualifications
Twoyear degree or significant experience required in area of discipline
Able to perform r esponsibilities and e xpectations to Supervisors' satisfaction.
Must be able to follow Good Manufacturing Practices guidelines.
Must be able to operate various computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, JD Edwards & Sample Manager
Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer focused; must be flexible in dealing with others in the organization, and with work assignments/projects.
Must be capable of both creative thought and deductive reasoning.
Selforganized.
Selfmotivated; Ability to work independent of supervision.
Team player; Participation on Plant Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
Reliability & attendance is essential to job qualification.
Ability to lift 55 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Able to use hands and arms to move various items
