Description

Merit Cleaning Services delivers best-in-class cleaning services within hotels, commercial offices, residential buildings as well as private residential dwellings throughout the HRM.

We are currently hiring a Lead Cleaner who takes pride in their work, is knowledgeable of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and dedicated to meticulously sanitizing high touch surfaces throughout every property.

What you bring:

Experience training new employees.
Previous experience leading a team.
Experience cleaning commercial/residential/hospitality properties with a demonstrated ability for attention to detail.
Previous experience using an auto scrubber is considered an asset.
Previous customer service experience is considered an asset.
Physically able to complete repeated and continued movements of the upper body.
Ability to stand, walk, kneel and bend for extended periods.
